Pilates Refresh Class

20 minute class to (re)connect to Pilates essentials.

This class will invite in movement and heat. It will help you tune into your entire core. We will move with the breath and work the shoulders, abs, hips, and leg muscles. This sequence blends classic mat Pilates with contemporary mobility exercises. All of which will help you build strength and a bigger range of motion for daily activities.

No props required.
